Without physically visiting your property, we will meticulously map and measure your outdoor spaces using your provided photo and layout plan. The result will be a stunning, photorealistic technical drawing that leaves nothing to the imagination.

On-site inspection and modifications
During a site walk with a MAD Layers Landscape Designer, you’ll collaboratively create a detailed project estimate. As you and your Designer make decisions on-site, it’s common to deviate slightly from the original design. Our team is more than willing to adjust the design based on these in-the-field choices.
Step Three
Evaluate, cooperate, and refine
Effective design involves teamwork, which is why we have our first meeting one to one. where you can share your ideas, provide feedback, ask questions about your design, and work on it together. And if you prefer a non-video option, we've made scheduling meetings easy.

Complete the design process
We tailor each design choice to the minutest detail, taking into account your individual preferences, the available space, your budget, and the intended use of your design. The outcome is a design that will be adored by all members of your family.

Finalize design
Get ready to be amazed by your design packet: It includes 20 stunning visualizations of your new space, rendered in photorealistic 3D. From hardscaping and landscaping to styling and lighting, every element is meticulously depicted. Plus, you’ll receive a detailed material list for each component.
